General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Earthline Festival
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to attendance at the Earthline Festival in Switzerland as well as to the purchase of tickets via the website [www.earthline-festival.ch] and other authorized ticket outlets. Deviating conditions of visitors will not be recognized unless the organizer expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

3. Tickets & Conclusion of Contract
By purchasing a ticket, a contract is concluded between the buyer and the organizer.
Tickets are personalized and only entitle the person named on the ticket to enter, unless transferability is explicitly permitted.
Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
4. Returns & Refunds
Tickets cannot be returned or refunded unless the event is canceled without substitution.
Program changes (line-up, times, locations) do not entitle the holder to return tickets.
If the event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g. severe weather, pandemic, official orders), there is no entitlement to a refund. In such cases, the organizer will endeavor to arrange replacement dates or alternative solutions.
5. Admission & House Rules
Access to the festival grounds is only possible with a valid ticket.
Security checks (e.g. bag checks) may be carried out upon entry.
Admission may be refused if visitors violate safety regulations or are clearly under the strong influence of alcohol or drugs.
The following are strictly prohibited: glass bottles, weapons, pyrotechnics, illegal substances, and dangerous objects.
The festival’s house rules apply; these are published on the website and displayed on site.
6. Liability
Attendance at the festival grounds is at the visitor’s own risk.
The organizer is liable for damages to persons or property only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The organizer assumes no liability for lost or stolen items.
7. Photo & Audio Recordings
By entering the festival grounds, visitors agree that photo and video recordings in which they may appear can be used for reporting, advertising, and documentation purposes.
Personal audio, photo, and video recordings are permitted for private use only.
8. Youth Protection
The provisions of Swiss youth protection law apply. Admission is only granted to persons who meet the minimum age applicable to the event. Minors may only attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of Switzerland. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy on the website.
10. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is the registered office of the organizer.
